These are all so great. I am currently reading two you listed. Another book I am recommending to everyone I know is: “What Happened To You” published a few years ago. Incredibly insightful. IMHO it should read by every human being inclusive of all medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nurses, rehabilitation specialists, medical staff, parents, educators, counselors, coaches, elder care providers, nursing home staff, judges, politicians…everyone. Have you read it?

Thank you so much for this list. Great to see Briana Wiest here. Her book helped me through a very dark time, along with Mark Mason's book.

I started to read atomic habits but got so busy I had to put it down. I love this list and look forward to reading many of them. First on my list for the new year however is War and Peace

The most significant paradigm-changing book for me was 'The Order of Things' by Fr. James Schall. Most highly recommend.

Atomic Habits was a game changer for me. I go back and read through portions couple times a year. Generally like anything by Adam Grant.
